We're so excited to be taking bookings for our first Wellness Weekend. This has been years in the planning, and combines our passion for yoga and sauna in one epic weekend!

What can you expect?

Friday
Arrival from 3pm
Evening sauna (1.5hrs) traditional Finnish sauna, Löyly & bucket shower
Welcome open circle & intention setting with firepit
Saturday
Early morning Vinyasa yoga session (1.5 hrs)
Late morning walk to the reservoir and a guided meditation by the water / amongst the trees
Afternoon sauna session (1.5hrs), peppermint & ice
Early evening Yin yoga session (1.5hrs)
Evening firepit
Late evening sauna (with a twist..)
Sunday
Early morning sauna (1.5hr) with green tea
Check-out 12noon
