Knowle Meadow has 10 pitches which can accommodate tents and campervans (up to 6m).

​

Because of the limited number of campers at Knowle Meadow, each pitch is generous and you can choose your preferred spot. Pitches start from 9m in size. The camping pitches are mowed short, and are surrounded by wildflowers and long grass.

All campers have access to the exquisite shower facilities and the Scandinavian sauna, included in the price of your stay.

​

There is an all-weather barn with seating. Campers have access to a fridge freezer. 

 

 

Whilst escape from the modern world is welcomed, there are charging points for electrical items and most mobiles can access 5G signal. 

​

Please note that camping pitches are without electricity and we are unable to accept caravans.

Please note: 

  • Well behaved dogs on leads welcome. One dog is included in the pitch price. There is an extra charge for additional dogs

  • Caravans and trailers are not permitted, sorry

  • Maximum of one tent and one small "pup" tent per pitch

  • Campervans up to 6 metres in length are allowed. Campervans can stay on a grass pitch. Cars are to be parked in the parking area, save for unloading

  • Maximum of 2 adults and 4 children per pitch

  • Maximum of 6 adults in a group (regardless of whether the bookings are made together or individually) 

  • Check in is from 3pm. For arrivals after 8pm please contact us in advance

  • Check out is by 11am on your day of departure. Late check out only by prior arrangement and agreement. Please contact us in advance

  • To preserve our meadow, any BBQ and fire pit must be raised from the ground

  • Locally sourced and seasoned wood is available for purchase. Subject to availability, there are fire pits for hire

  • Noise after 10pm to be kept to a minimum. Please respect our neighbours, human and animal

  • Only guests on the booking are permitted on site

  • Please keep to the paths whenever possible to help preserve the meadow and flowers

  • Petrol / diesel generators are not allowed
