- Camping: The maximum number of adults per camping pitch is 2. When booking more than 2 adults, click "add rooms" in the search bar to add additional accommodation (i.e. for 4 adults, search for 2 rooms)
- Dogs: Dogs are welcome in Bluebell and on camping pitches. If booking Bluebell, please add any dogs to your booking as an extra. For camping pitches, 1 dog is included; add additional dogs as an extra
- Groups: We are unable to accept groups of more than 6 adults (with a total party size of 10 including children), unless you wish to book exclusive use of the site

Cars / vehicles: One vehicle per pitch (or glamping unit). Should you wish to bring a second vehicle, please contact us in advance so that we can check there will be sufficient space (charges apply)

Cancellations policy: cancellations made 28 days or more before the first day of the booked stay are entitled to a refund of 80% of the total booking price. Cancellations between 28 and 14 days before the commencement of the booked stay are entitled to a refund of 50% of the total booking price. No refund is available for cancellations less than 14 days before the commencement of the booked stay. When only a deposit has been paid and a cancellation is made, the deposit is non-refundable.

Groups: Maximum of 6 adults in a group with a total party size of 10 including children (regardless of whether the bookings are made together or individually)
Glamping

Minimum of 2 nights stay in all glamping accommodation. Bookings are not accepted after midday on the day of arrival

Check in is from 3pm. For arrivals after 8pm please contact us in advance

Check out is by 10.30am on your day of departure. Late check out only by prior arrangement and agreement. Please contact us in advance

Bed linen and towels are provided with glamping accommodation
Camping

Small camper-vans can stay on a grass pitch.

An additional small tent / awning / gazebo is allowed, provided it fits within the pitch

To preserve our meadow, BBQs and fire pits to be raised from the ground

Locally sourced and seasoned wood will be provided with glamping accommodation and additional wood available for purchase. Please only use this carefully seasoned wood in any log burner

Noise after 10pm to be kept to a minimum. Please respect our neighbours, human and animal

Only guests on the booking are permitted on site
